Bowsprite

i ♥ waterbloggers

Happy heart day (Fair Isle style). If you bah humbug Valentines’ Day, you are in good company: two unfortunate men named Valentine and places where this holiday is banned (thx, Tugster!)

While I do not bah humbug it, I have to say, left to my own devices, this is what the partnering thing looks like. That’s why, today, I would like to thank my beloved community for banding together for the wonderful “boys for bowsprite week” effort.

It began with Monkeyfist posting up beautiful photos of women from Mighty Ku’s (NSFW/18+) site. I sent the link to a connoisseur saying, “Harrumph! where are the sites like this for women?!” and said connoisseur began a valiant attempt to fill in the JackTar for Women blackhole.  Thank you: Horse’s Mouth with the face that launched a hundred posts, Odocker, Frogma (Eye Candy, Cuties, Waves), Baydog,  and for sheer entertainment, I have to thank:  Pandabonium, Mojo, DesertSea, Tillerman (the other Smothers Brother half of ODocker)…did I miss anyone? so sorry if I missed anyone; pls drop a line…  But thank you. It gets very surreal when Paul Gauguin, Rene Magritte, VanGogh, Iggy and Confucius start pitching in.

And every now and then, to pinch, squeeze and be sure it’s real, it is good to meet up! Drop us a line, let’s meet! Pictured above (clockwise):  Frogma with TQ, Peconic Puffin, Summit to ShoreTugster, me, OldSaltBlog, and Messing Around in Boats!

What Joe said, I think. It’s usually something to do with rum.

I had more fun doing that Cute Boys for Bowsprite series than I’ve had in ages. Especially “Eye Candy”. 😀

And speaking of cute boys, guess who’s coming to Long Island?

      ;D

I haven’t had a good rum drink since I was in Barbados.

Cute boys for Bowsprite coming to Long Island indeed…the surfing tour shall bring them!
